2. Please provide a valid, working email address.
3. If you have a website, the code should be on it.
4. Absolutely NO direct linking. In other words, save the code images and upload them to your OWN website server so you own't be stealing bandwidth.
5. Keep the code up at all times, even during hiatus, on a page that can be easily found without hunting.
