Rules

1. You should actually be a fan of the Tsuiokuhen OAV.
2. You do not have to have a site to join, but if you do, you must keep the code up at all times, even during hiatus. If you don't have a site, you must have a valid email address.
3. Inform me of all changes in information. Fill out the "changing info" form.
4. Your site must not be a porn/hentai/hate sitce, and it would be preferred that your site abided to the standard grammatical rules of your language. (No internet slang)

I will check for codes, and if your site does not keep the code up, you will still be listed but your url will be removed. Please spare me the trouble and just keep it up. Thanks.
